| The following pages are scanned from our Congressional "Leave Behinds". I created this folder to help our congresspeople glimpse at what life with a cancer child is like. My goal was not to bury them with facts or numbers. My only desire was to help them step into my shoes, even if they only made it one or two inches in them. My best hope for welcoming people to our cause, is if I can ask them to identify with our children, if only for the briefest of moments. If you suddenly imagine your child in that hospital bed - then maybe, you'll do something to help those of us who live it. |
